It's easy to replenish your check supply with Connex!
You have three options for placing your order:
- Go directly to Harland Clarke's website at www.ordermychecks.com. All you'll need are your account number and Connex's routing number (211178200) to start. You can also call them at 1-800-355-8123 to speak with a product expert. This is the fastest method.
- Contact Connex's Member Service Center at 1-800-CR-UNION.
- Stop into any of our branch locations for assistance.
CheckArmor Fraud Protection
Beginning January 2018, members who order their checks from our check provider Harland Clarke are now covered by CheckArmor, a check and identity fraud recovery service. (Checks will have CheckArmor logo printed on the front.) This includes fraud from physical checks, use of debit card, online fraud, or account takeover. Each personal check comes with 24/7 access to a customer service representative.
CheckArmor offers check buyers:
- An assigned resolution specialist to advocate on the account holder’s behalf
- Audit of social media activities to identify opportunities to mitigate fraud
- Review of credit bureau reports to identify evidence of the fraud or identity theft event
- No-cost check replacement
- Incident isolation and prevention tips
- Advancement of funds lost from check fraud up to $2,500 per incident
This service is effective for 12 months from the date the check order is shipped to the member.

To report a fraud incident, members should call Connex to notify us of the incident and then CheckArmor at 1-877-459-0050 for additional assistance.
