Connex Credit Union's third party anonymous ethics and compliance hotline. Connex Credit Union is committed to full, fair, and accurate public disclosure of our financial position, and to the early detection and prevention of any practices that are incorrect or suspect in any way. Communication is the key to early warning. That's why we have enhanced our communication procedures to include a well-known and proven third party anonymous hotline service. Report It provides an impartial, safe, secure, and confidential means for our members to anonymously alert us to suspected errors and wrongdoing, online or by telephone.

Report It does not require you to provide any personal identifying information to access the hotline system online or by toll free telephone. There is one general access code, a key component to maintaining user anonymity. (To keep yourself anonymous, take care not to report information that may personally identify you.)

To submit an anonymous report online:

• Go to www.reportit.net:
• Click on Report It and enter Connex Credit Union's Username and Passcode (provided below).
• You will then access our web interface.
• Enter the report information and click SUBMIT. The latest in data encryption technology is used to protect your identity and report.
• Members of our Supervisory Committee are alerted that a report has been made.

To submit an anonymous report via telephone:

• An operator will assist you in completing your report.
